As an industry leader, ST Logistics has proudly taken on the role of SkillsFuture Queen Bee for Supply Chain since our appointment in 2023. Our mission is to foster a culture of continuous learning and uplift the industry – a vision that has resonated throughout the Supply Chain community.

In collaboration with Government agencies and Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs), we champion skills development and enhance the capabilities of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). We provide support and guidance to equip the next generation of logisticians with the skills needed to thrive in the ever-evolving sector.

We also actively support our Queen Bee Network by advancing SMEs’ capabilities and business transformation efforts. We facilitate their growth by identifying training needs and integrating them into Workforce Singapore’s manpower programmes.

This page is a testament to our dedication and journey. From establishing the Queen Bee Network to implementing a wide range of training programmes, each effort is strategically designed to strengthen the backbone of Singapore’s supply chain and logistics workforce, ensuring they are well-prepared to meet future challenges.
