NTUC May Day Awards: Plaque of Commendation

10 May 2024

ST Logistics is honoured to receive the Plaque of Commendation at the NTUC May Day Awards on 10 May, recognising our commitment to enhancing our employee training, welfare and career progression.

Over the years, we’ve strengthened ties with the Supply Chain Employees’ Union (SCEU) and the Labour Movement by adopting Tripartite Standards, establishing a Company Training Committee (CTC). Collaborating with NTUC’s e2i & LearningHub, we transformed from a labour-intensive operation to an automated supply chain system, benefiting workers with training and monthly skill allowances.

Here are some thoughts from staff across our different verticals:

“Our dynamic learning culture and commitment to continuous improvement gave me the confidence and skills to face new challenges in the fast-paced world of logistics.” – Shazali Rashid, Assistant Manager, Healthcare.

”ST Logistics champions lifelong learning, offering opportunities to upskill and enrich my professional growth. Its an incredibly rewarding journey for me.” – Vimala D/O Veeriah, Senior Logistics Assistant, Public Sector

”The energy within our team is infectious. We improve processes, set new benchmarks and turn every day into an opportunity for new possibilities.” – Zulkarnain Bin Abdul Rahim, Logistics Supervisor, Homeland Security.

“Our laser focus on skills enhancement and upskilling incentive have embedded a culture of continuous learning and digital transformation, boosting morale and job satisfaction!” – Clarissa Choon, Senior Executive, Aviation

At ST Logistics, we are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where every team member thrives.

We extend our appreciation to National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) for the recognition and to our remarkable team, whose dedication and passion inspire us every day!
