ST Logistics held a Queen Bee Community of Practice workshop titled ‘Navigating Business Success’ today as part of the SkillsFuture Queen Bee Network.
The workshop kicked off with an insightful presentation by NACE Led by NYP on the Workplace Skills Recognition Programme, highlighting accelerated paths for skill development and certification. Republic Polytechnic followed with a deep dive into the application processes for job redesign and the Capability Transfer Programme and Career Conversion Programme, emphasising the importance of sustainability in advancing professional growth.
ST Logistics Head of Business Assurance and Compliance, Benchee Ek highlighted ISO Training standards, sharing topics such as company reputation, compliance risks, anti-corruption and effective anti-bribery strategies, enriched with case studies and news reports.
