This morning, ST Logistics proudly pledged in a Skills-First Talent Strategy ceremony, alongside 21 local enterprises at the ‘Enterprise Growth Conference’, attended by over 200 participants, including HR professionals and business leaders.
The event, graced by Minister of State (MOS) for Education Siow Huang Gan, and organised by Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) and Lifelong Learning Institute (LLI) with the support of SkillsFuture SG, empowered enterprises to drive productivity through skills and workforce transformation.
During the panel discussion, our CHRO Tan Wong Tong shared the strategic leveraging of digitalisation and automation, as well as investing in the rich tapestry of skills and talent development to power growth and sustainability. Mr Tan also engaged in a lively panel discussion alongside MOS Gan, Aslam S. and Lee Hsin Chong, moderated by Aye Wee Yap.
The conference marked the release of the second SkillsFuture Jobs-Skills Insights (JSI), providing actionable guidance for HR professionals and enterprises embarking on a transformative journey towards a skills-based talent landscape.
