Many of our staff are ex-SAF personnel and they have been previously trained to support exercises, operations and critical missions. ST Logistics has developed in-house expertise and capabilities to support and conducts training for Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief (HADR) operations. We also provide basic essential items that are needed for crisis-hit areas. Although our logistics specialists are deployed across different sectors, they can be called upon to meet the surge capacity requirements for HADR operations.
ST Logistics has played a pivotal role in supporting the local governments and several Non-Government Organisations (NGOs), such as Red Cross in HADR operations, by undertaking emergency sourcing and procurement of relief supplies (foods, drinking water, medical supplies, blankets and several other essential items), and to perform kitting services and overseas packing for dispatch to the countries affected by major disasters.
