SgIS Leaders’ Forum: Nurturing Leaders of Tomorrow

ST Logistics CEO, Loganathan Ramasamy was invited to have a dialogue at the 13th Singapore-Industry Scholarship (SgIS) Leaders’ Forum, held yesterday at MOE HQ. 



Driven by Ministry of Education, Singapore (MOE), SgIS is dedicated to cultivating and retaining Singapore’s brightest talents through scholarships, strategic engagement and professional development. As a sponsor of SgIS initiative, ST Logistics is committed to nurturing future leaders in the supply chain and logistics sector.

CEO Loganathan engaged deeply with scholars at the reception, imparting his insights and personal experiences. During the forum, he discussed evolving trends and key topics, including AI, Sustainability and Supply Chain Disruptions to thrive in today’s fast-paced logistics landscape.



The Q&A session was a lively interaction, with scholars inquiring about a wide array of questions, ranging from leadership practices to profitability strategies. Facilitated by Wei Sheng Ong, our Business Development Assistant Manager and SgIS Alumni, the session allowed participants to delve deeper into industry nuances, drawing inspiration from CEO Loganathan’s outlook and deep knowledge of the industry.
