We are thrilled to share that our General Manager of Public Sector Vertical, Ganesan Arasapam, was featured on Vasantham for his insightful contributions as a panellist at Taking Flight 2.0, a networking session for young Singaporeans keen on international careers or industry switches.
A Fellow of the Singapore Leaders Network (SGLN) Fellowship Programme, Ganesan shared his perspectives on industry transitions, offering encouragement and actionable insights on common reservations about working overseas or switching industries.
“Addressing the fear of the unknown is the first step towards embracing a global career,” said Ganesan, adding that “diverse experiences not only enhance skill sets but also broaden worldview and adaptability.”
The event, organised by Singapore Indian Development Association (SINDA) and Singapore Leaders Network (SGLN), facilitated meaningful connections between aspiring professionals and seasoned industry leaders, fostering a supportive environment for career growth.
